Effective December 11, 2025, please be aware the Video Equipment Scheduling Tool “VEST” program will go live at CTF. This program replaces the VCS program at CTF. The VCS CRT is no longer responsible for scheduling video appointments occurring on or after December 11, 2025. Therefore, instead of contacting the VCS CRT, please send your request to the VEST Support Unit mailbox at m_VESTSupport@cdcr.ca.gov
and criminal court hearing requests to CDCRDAICRUOTCCTF@cdcr.ca.gov.
The VCS Portal website will be decommissioned by December 31, 2025.
