Effective November 1, 2024, the Video Equipment Scheduling Tool (VEST) will go live at California Men’s Colony (CMC).
If you need to schedule a video conferencing appointment on or after November 1, 2024 with an incarcerated person housed at CMC,
please contact the VEST Support Unit atm_VESTSupport@cdcr.ca.gov. If you need to schedule a video conferencing appointment with an incarcerated person housed at Correctional Training Facility, Ironwood State Prison, or
Kern Valley State Prison, please continue to use the VCS Portal.
