If you need assistance with the VCS Portal and you are a CDCR employee, please submit a ServiceNow ticket by selecting the appropriate “Video Conferencing Scheduling” tile and denoting any issues you are experiencing. Support staff will address the issue as soon as possible. If you are a non-CDCR user, please send an email to m_VCSSupport@cdcr.ca.gov with details of the issues that you are experiencing and your contact information. A ticket will be submitted on your behalf.
